Books. Go to Borders and read books. And when you see something you don't know, you get a book on that. That is how you build knowledge about computers, and eventually it can escalate to being a hacker.

It's not a matter of which online betting websites will do a credit card withdrawal (they all do) but whether the US financial institution that your card is with has modified their system to comply with the 2006 UIGEA which prohibits them from interacting with online gambling companies. Not all the American banks have updated their systems yet but eventually non of the US cards will work in either depositing or withdrawal. The banks are also updating their software so that e-checks and wire transfers will also block online gambling companies but that's happening slower than the credit cards. Eventually you won't even be able to Western Union the funds.
