If you are not on the clock and aren't getting paid for the time, then you don't have to do "work" and if your colleague wants the phones answered, he/she can do it if she wants. You are there early to take advantage of the quiet and non-demanding time before the work day starts so answering phones is not on your agenda. Just tell your colleague that answering the phones defeats the purpose of your coming into work early so you decline.

Sounds to me like he is in it for one thing and one thing only. If he was truly interested in you as a person and if he truly respected you, then he would respect your values and would not expect you to have sex with him until you are married!
